Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are created, printed, or produced specifically after an order is placed. Because these products are made on demand, minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, texture, or appearance may occur.

Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, device type, garment color, printing method, and manufacturing variations. Reasonable variations of this nature are not necessarily considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, personalization details, color selections, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an order.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size or color
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect information submitted by the customer
Minor color or print-placement variations
Failure to review the product description or size chart

This limitation does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, incorrect, or is otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law or the rules of the marketplace through which it was purchased.

Orders placed through TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify, or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to that platform’s cancellation, return, refund, and buyer-protection policies. Where a marketplace’s mandatory rules conflict with our store policy, the applicable marketplace rules will control for purchases made through that platform.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the marketplace through which the order was placed.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law and marketplace rules.
